Hi, i just thought to let you know a few little pieces of info have popped into my head whilst im just sat here chilling out, one being that the celery juice cleanse helps to flush out excess heavy metals and heavy metals are the cause of the illness and that its sometimes more harmful to us to lose weight if we do have heavy metals, because the fat encapsulates them in order to keep them from getting out into our bodies and causing more harm.
