We all know the importance of coming out of our comfort zone when it comes to putting our gifts out there and making ourselves visible in our life and work. Especially during a phase of uplevelling which stretches us in so many ways.

I’ve seen it over and over again in myself and other people, the times I neglect to look after my needs for sleep and rest and don’t get any time throughout the day to come back to my centre, it’s when I get the most negative and fearful in taking those bigger steps and being more daring in my work.
 
As a consequence I end up either reluctant to do what I need and I end up procrastinate, or I just end up taking the leap and leave myself feeling like an emotional wreck. Not clever.
