Triggers. They come up all the time, in one way or other. Sometimes when we least expect it, when everything seems to be going smoothly and we feel we are progressing. Perhaps we have been making leaps in our life and business, we have been growing and feeling good about it, till something happens... suddenly... 

And we are reminded perhaps we are not quite where we wish to be, or someone else has reached the point we want to be quicker...

​Whatever they might be and however we get to experience them, triggers show up for everyone at different points in time and you most certainly will at some point experience them when it comes to..

• Reaching out to amazing ideal clients
• Putting your message out there and having it heard

 
You will find yourself getting triggered over and over by other coaches, other offers, products and promises.. they might seem like they are doing it better than you, faster, deeper, or whatever else.

YET instead of seeing triggers as a curse that take you back down the rabbit hole and reactivate your past hurts and pains, see it instead for what it is, a mirror and a pointer to all that you need to own and turn around for your life and business to thrive!

                                                        Your triggers are a blessing
                                      They show you where what you need to heal
                                                And what you re most suppressing.
 
So next time a trigger comes up when you see others owning their value, living their dream life or simply doing their life’s work and see what that is about and turn it around to seeing what the trigger is highlighting within you.
