We work hard. Making sure our work is good and effective and helpful and that it brings value in our lives as well as the lives of our clients. We put in the work, show up and become visible, clear our blocks and do the uplevelling necessary.

But somewhere within all that, we still find our spirit geting stuck, our motivation being lower than desired and we re unsure why we re even doing all this anyway.

We find ourselves wondering if are we inspired enough, day in, day out working on our business, ourselves, whilst managing our families and households, tending towards our children and commitments and so on. It all gets too much!

Does your work, your relationships with your clients, the building of your systems, the maintaining of your routines etc. flow with ease and grace or does it all feel like climbing up mountain Everest?

What are we doing, preferably on a daily basis, to maintain our inspiration that in turn will keep feeding us in channeling our gifts and have us loving our work and our clients?

How do you make sure you stay in alignment, motivated and inspired?

How do you deal with the various deaths and rebirths in yourself and business?

In my case it was all about sleeping! i slept for around 12 hrs a couple of nights ago and have woken up a different person!

Sometimes it is just as simple as that.

It was all i needed to feel revitalised and connected with my work and purpose once again, in a deep and authentic way.
